The Kongsberg silver mines are famous since the 17th ecntury and are for sure the most relevant locality for Native silver world-wide. And here we have a really representive thumbnail - a well formed wire with this wonderful patina. Very aesthetic and on same high quality all the way around.

I saw hundreds of specimen from this discovery - and out of a ton you will not find more than a fist full of pieces which show such perfect quality. The crystals are like glass, each one is highly lustrous, the phantoms are sharp as well and the cryszal tips are in very good condition. Just tiny chips are present, but no significant damage to report.

Nicely etched fluorite crystal cluster from Zogno, Italy. The etching produced numerous new faces, rounded corners, hollow forms, all making up for a wonderful 3-dimensional structure on the front and side faces. No damage.

A group of well shaped, lustrous and gemmy titanites. It shows an uncommonly flat twinned habit and a very pleasing green color. Smaller crystals attached on the side highlight the predominatnt position of the main crystal. No significant damages.
CO18 - Fluorite - SOLD
De'an fluorite mine, Wushan, De'an Co., Jiujiang Prefecture, Jiangxi Province, China
Size: 12.4 x 9.5 x 3.9 cm
The two main crystals are 44 and 36mm across, they are exposed and show very good translucency. The photo was done with just minor backlight to show the dark green center and the purple zonings along all edges. No significant damages to report.

Spheres of dark green Malachite are almost completely covered with yellow Pyromorphite crystals. They are highly lustrous and all sharp terminated. Rare material and hard to obtain in our days.
