BC43 - Brucite - SOLD

Bright yellow ball-shaped aggregates of brucite in a lovely cluster composition. The colour is the best i have seen so far, and the luster is superb as well!

SP02 - Rhodochrosite - SOLD

Deep red scalenohedral rhodochrosite crystals are nicely placed in a vug of manganese rock ore matrix. Quartz crystals set a beaufiful contrast. The rhorochrosites are sharp and well formed, the largest one measures 22 mm in length. Obviously there are little contacs on the sides of the vug, but the crystals inside are in great condition!

NQ20 - Rutile Quartz - 625€

A razor sharp terminated, water-clear rock crystal raisig up on small matrix. The shape looks like a rocket, ready for take-off. The quality is superb - the faces of the crystal show mirror luster and very attractive textures. The contrast to matrix is also very eye-catching and the piece looks wonderful in each angle. Hairy rutiles are growing up inside the crystal from the base, forming also a brownish sagenite of about 1 cm size. No damages to report, even the small crystal on matrix are in fine condition.

An aggragte of bright yellow gold flakes attractiverly set on matrix. The silhouette of matrix is very eye-catching and aesthetic. No damage.

A719 - Fluorite - SOLD
Quanzhou, Anxi Co., Quanzhou Prefecture, Fujian Province, China
Size: 6.8 x 6.8 x 3.6 cm
 
A wonderful specimen from recent discoveries at Quanzhou. Most of these crystals are very dark and more opaque. Not so here - the main crystal (27mm across) is waterclear and shows amazing glassy character. I show one phot on light background, that shows the specimen under daylight. The second image was done with minor backlight and reveals this crazy purple-blue color. The crystal is perched perfectly on top of the matrix, all faces show exceptional luster and the shape is just breathtaking. No damage.

Bright yellow brucite balls forming a wonderful cluster! The colour is almost uniue in the mineral world, only very few species show this birght and vivid yellow hue. This specimen shows excellent luster and is complete all around.

ZF36 - Prase Quartz with Magnetite ps. Hematite - SOLD

WOW! What a huge and amazing prase quartz specimen from Greece! Only very few specimens of this size have been found, and this is indeed one of the very finest! Hundreds of sharp and pointed prase quartz crystals stick up from a matrix, black magnetite ps. hematite balls set a beautiful contrast! The piece is in great shape and condition all around. Very 3-dimensional and showy from all angles.

FT07 - Cobaltoan Smithsonite - 2500€
Tsumeb, Otjikoto Region, Namibia
Size: 5.1 x 3.5 x 3.2 cm
 
A group of well shaped intense pink smithsonite crystals. The cluster is very 3-dimensional and aesthetic with the largest crystals exposed at the top of the piece. The saturation is excellent and much better than material on average. Also the dimension of the crystals is remarkable. Looks fine in various positions. No significant damage to report.

LT04 - Spherosiderite - SOLD
Herja Mine, Chiuzbaia, Baia Mare, Maramureș Co., Romania

Botyoidal siderite in nice and well-formed balls, covering a piece of matrix on all sides. Total weight is 1900 grams. Little barites are attached in a few places. Ex Leo Thalhammer collection. He aquired the piece in 1968 in Herja, his label is still coming with the piece.

A670 - Aquamarine - SOLD

These two intergrown crystals are well developed 360°, they are very glossy and show excellent clarity. The texture of the faces is really amazing. A fine sample for this famous locality. No damage.

TK10 - Wulfenite - SOLD
Los Lamentos, Mun. de Ahumada, Chihuahua, Mexico
Size: 5.7 x 3.4 x 4.1 cm
 
Large and sharp blocky wulfenite crystals forming a wonderful cluster. The biggest crystal atop measures 26 mm on edge, and 10 mm in thickness. The colour is an exceptionally deep and intense odange, the luster is superb al the way around. A few edges show little bruises, these are small and very minor in context though. Great aesthetics and colour!

ME15 - Rubellite - SOLD
Sosedka Mine, Malkhan, Siberia, Russia
Size: 3.4 x 1 x 0.9 cm
 
This sharp terminated, highly lustrous crystal shows excellent clarity. The color is best for Malkhan and on same level as best color from Brazil. Complete and on same high quality all around. Undamaged, bottom was on the rock.
