WOW! What a stunning babingtonite specimen! A perfect, doubly terminated crystal is perched on green prehnite crystals, fully undamaged and in freestanding, upright position. Several groups of clear quartz crystals attached in the center and on the sides add another pleasing contrast. The specimen is a floater and in perfect condition all around. Large sphalerite crystals resting on a matrix of sparkling quartz crystals. The specimen is a complete floater and well crystalized on all sides, a small galena sits atop. A clear and undamaged cube measuring 3.4 cm on edge perched on calcite crystals and iron oxides. The specimen is a complete floater and well crystalized on either side. This is a large and very 3-dimensional aggregate of kidney ore from a classic English locality. The botryoidal crystal cluster in the center is truly very well exposed, much better than the picture shows it, and serves aa a wonderful focal point. No damages on the entire center region of the piece. The luster is exceptionally glossy, and the colour is a lovely reddish brown. Total weight: 4.3 kg. Ex Oliver Konczer collection #558.
