The specimen shows three intergrown main crystals. Two of them vertical, the third one more at the base horizontal – this one is even double terminated. The crystals are up to 24 mm across. I think you will agree that this is a remarkable dimension of Mimetesite in dimension and color. The crystals faces are highly lustrous. The color is one more uncommon indicator, not just yellow; more intense dark orange. The assemble looks better in person, no significant damages to report. mc 2.4cm
